we require a deposit of 25% on booking our services, the balance is due thirty days before service delivery. Payment in full is required where bookings are made less than thirty days before service delivery. The deposit may be forfeited in case of cancellations and amendments depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees shall be applied as follows:
60 to 30 Days amounts to 30% of the total cost of Services.
29 to 15 Days amounts to 50% of the total cost of Services.
14 to 0 days amounts to 100% of the total cost of Services.
No show amounts to No refund

Alteration to service delivery

Kenya Travel Car Hire reserves the right to alter prior arrangements of the route or to cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. The company also reserves the right of admission of any person.


Travel poses risks. You are therefore advised to take adequate insurance cover as we accept no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, delays, loss or damages from any cause whatsoever. We and our agents act only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to service delivery. The appropriate law of the country dictates our liability to passengers.
